As Senior UX/UI Designer and Web Design Consultant at Johnnie Studio, I played a pivotal role in shaping user experiences for their enterprise client, Microsoft. Alongside leadership, strategists, and editors, I updated and streamlined global assets for key initiatives. I also guided the team through two comprehensive design system refreshes, significantly adding to the consistency and scalability of our digital products.

My tenure included a major  overhaul of the Microsoft partner blog, a central destination for organizations in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. The refresh involved not only its visual design but also enhancing functionality through an updated recommendation and related article algorithm. I additionally provided expert consultation on hundreds of web pages and user flows throughout the program, ensuring intuitive and effective user journeys. My work also extended to the Partner Center Dashboard UI, where I helped improve usability and overall aesthetics. Regardless of the project specifics, I kept a consistent focus on delivering user-centered solutions that elevated the digital experience for Microsoft's partners and customers.
